What we collect
Your name, contact details, delivery address, order history and — for trade accounts — company and VAT details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
Why we hold it
To fulfil orders, run subscriptions, answer questions, meet accounting and food-safety record obligations, and to send you email you asked for.
Marketing
We email you only if you opted in, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe. Order and dispatch emails are transactional and are sent regardless.
Who else sees it
Our payment processor, our carrier, our email provider and our accountant — each only what they need. We do not sell data to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years as Estonian accounting law requires. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Batch logs for five years.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, under GDPR. Write to hello@norumfoods.com and we answer within a month, usually within a day.
