Terms of sale
Who you are buying from
Norum OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (reg. 16xxxxxx), with its registered office in Tallinn and production in Latvia. Contracts are concluded in English and governed by Estonian law.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer. The contract forms when we send the confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable — batches are finite — we tell you and refund in full rather than substituting.
Prices and VAT
Consumer prices include VAT at the rate of your delivery country. Trade prices are quoted excluding VAT. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.
Payment
Card and Klarna payments are captured at order. Bank transfer orders are reserved for five working days. Approved trade accounts are invoiced on fourteen-day terms; late payment carries statutory interest.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes on delivery to you or your carrier. Estimated times are estimates, not guarantees; if a delivery is more than ten days late you may cancel and be refunded in full.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
